Theresa Mees Memorial Fund
To honor our friend and fellow community health leader, the Wisconsin Community Health Empowerment Fund has established Theresa's Fund, a Fund dedicated to supporting quality improvement efforts in programs that promote intergenerational approaches to health and wellbeing.
You are invited to join us in the development of Theresa's Fund to sustain her vision of continuous health improvement for Wisconsin’s families. Proceeds from Theresa's Fund are anticipated to provide support to a new or existing project in Theresa's honor. Contributors to the Fund will be recognized by the Wisconsin Community Health Empowerment Fund.
